As a quality inspector :

Online visual checking of bottle / jar.

Reporting to shift-in-charge about the problem if facing.

Packing of articles is ok or not.

Documentation.

Cross checking of bottle and jars before Dispatch. 

Management of men according to their skills & competence to get optimized productivity from them.

Online quality control of the product & reduce the rejection rate.
