Analysis of raw material, finish product as per ISO and ASTMD method.

New prediction developed for color matching.

Handling customer quality issue, analyzing it and attempt to solve.

Maintain document for customer audits as well as internal audits.

Weathering resistance for polypropylene compounds. 

Operate twin screw extruder for new development.

Job Profile  : 	Sampling, analysis and release/rejection of raw materials, packing materials and finish products as per IP, USP, BP and In House method 

Maintenance and calibration of QC instruments 

Validation process of purified water  

Stability study 

Preparation of QC SOP Color matching for gelatin based materials.

New packaging container designed for Capsules.

Handling customer complains and documentations.
