Job Responsibility:

Handling overall management of production operations, Manpower planning for production & achieving production targets. Coordinating with planning, maintenance, Quality & other departments for smooth function.

Performing root-cause analysis of defects and developing & improving the process by taking corrective actions to prevent any re occurrences and defective issues.

Accountable for managing dispersed resources, while ensuring optimal utilization of the resources.

Providing training & support to the developers on the job site regarding equipments maintenance and administer procedures for verification of competencies as per development programs.

Monitor the regular production, trouble shooting & production target within a specified time and quality parameters.

Scheduling as per Daily Production Planning and efficiency calculation, depending upon the Target.



Machinery Exposure:

Pipe Extrusion Line (Cincinnati Extrusion, Technomatic)

Injection Moulding Machines (Ferromatic Milacron, JSW, Windsor)

UTM, MFI apparatus, HDT/VSP, Impact Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, SEM, DSC, TGA.

Experience in Drip Irrigation Pipe Manufacturing Machineries.
