Title: Inventory Management With Respect To Lead Time And Reorder Level

Description: By referring data for previous 6 months related to raw material we have calculated average lead time and hence reorder level indeed. We have also done layout plan for their existing plot in Taloja MIDC.Two assignments were done one related to material management and another one was related to logistics.



Final Year Project (M.M.S.)

Title: Toyota Production System

Description: One of the most effective system developed by Sakichi Toyoda who introduced concept of Jidoka and later Taiichi Ohno enhanced the system.TPS thenapplied in various sectors right from medical, construction and many more. The system is successfully implemented in IT sector which one can never thought of. It is implemented by Wipro.
