Job profile :    

Monitor QC/QA work activities with respect to different section as assigned. 

Walk through support to QC staff in ensuring optimum inspection activities and other work related task as assigned by QA/QC manager.

Oversee product quality performance of all sections as assigned (documentation, inspection, laboratory test, CCF/NCR).

Directly reporting to QC/QA Mngr. regarding up to task activities perform and updates on quality related issues.

Check/ review / generates QC reports, including ISO documentation.

Deals with internal & external customers for quality support related task, this includes non-conformance & attending customer complaints as deemed necessary.

Providing comprehensive technical report analysis as required for product quality & improvements.

Sales support on sample needed product, thus includes customer on sight factory visit, product certificates, and product samples / product exhibits.

Ensuring all related quality requirements & issues are close loop.

Ensuring/ recommends all laboratory test and inspection are based thru standard procedures. (ISO 9001:2008) by DNV Certified firm, which Consist of Thermo set moulding component of Switchgears, manufactured for Larsen & Toubro & Siemens Ltd. Like MCCB, ACB, COS, U-POWER etc.

Inspection of the molded components, visually as well as dimensionally. And checking the all kinds of Grinding, Drilling, tapping, lapping operations etc.

Inspection of brass, Copper, MS inserts dimensionally, by means of thread plug gauge, Vernier Caliper, micro meter, verneir height gauge etc.

Handling the trail of new moulds, and making the trail reports.

Setting the parameters as required for moulding. 

Handling the customer?s complaints.

Preparing input inspection report, in-house Rejection control report, final inspection report, Sample in process & inspection report, CAPA, Etc.

Visiting to vendor?s end for quality assurance to solve the different molding problems.

Supplier quality audits.

Testing of component with tensile load.
