Total 4 years of experience in BOPP film extrusion plant (biaxially oriented poly propylene)



Presently working at a leading film maker as a Shift Engineer since June 2006.



Worked with Abhedya Industries Ltd, Hyderabad as a Shift Engineer from Sept 2003 to May 2006.

Job Profile : 

Implementing necessary process control through PLC in the manufacturing of BOPP film.

Handling the shift independently and organizing manpower, materials and other resources efficiently to meet the day?s production targets.

Prepares and submits main line production report, material consumption reports and recycles plant operation report.

Monitoring, revestigating and troubleshooting the problem related to BOPP film and machines.

Co-ordinates with other departments concern in maintaining product quality and new product development.

Training and orienting and motivating newly hired team members.

Performs other related duties assigned by superiors.

Reporting to Production Manager.

B. Tech (Mech) :- Study Project Report On Material Transform Through Conveyor System Done On Coromondel Fertilizers Ltd. Visakhapatnam.

Played a lead role in Jindal in The Time Of Bruckner  8.2 Mts Plant Erection, It?s an Asia 1st plant from Bruckner, Germany.  It?s capacity 6.5 Mt per hour line speed Is 650mpm.
