Responsible for Maintaining Finished Goods Stock in Fox Pro and  SAP  based software system.

Maintaining F.I.F.O. { First In First Out } 

Receiving of various orders for Dispatches Plan

Planning of dispatches according of Material availability.

Arrangement of Vehicle from the Transporter for dispatches. 

Maintaining Inventory Levels.

Maintaining R.G.Register.

In case of non availability of material information to PPC.

Preparation of Invoices / Challan in system.

Monitoring Godown stock, supervising Godown maintenance.

Checking all sales tax formalities, weight & volume of the shipment
