Making conductor from 1.5 mm 2 to 1000 mm 2.

Looking after wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, laying up, armouring and lead extrusion

Making production planning

Handling 100 workmen at a time in a shift.

As a Kaizen Ambassador, achieved 100% participation of Kaizens in the month of Feb-2003 in RPG Cables.

Modified and implemented successfully, the manufacturing of prestigious Land Line Cables for NLC.

Record production target achieved in Feb.-1998.

Modification of Compound formulation & the process profiles to achieve higher productivity, thereby reducing process overheads.
