Field jobs like pump, filter and cooler c/o and Catalyst & Additive Batch Preparation. 

Trouble shooting and man power handling.  

Also responsible for maintaining DCS parameters as per SOP and required changes for maintaining product quality and product change over in Poly. Responsible for chips bagging. Production Planning, Scheduling & achieving Production Targets.

Responsible for the quality of total Production in shift. 

Field jobs like pump, filter and cooler c/o and Catalyst & Additive Batch Preparation. 

Trouble shooting and man power handling.Also responsible for maintaining DCS parameters as per SOP and required changes for maintaining product quality and product change over in Poly. 

Responsible for chips bagging, PTA conveying and firing of HTM heaters and also warm keeping on stand by heaters. 

Worked in plant shut down and start up activities. 

			 

Production Management : 

Work towards achieving the timely production targets  

To plan and make input material availability at shop floor for the process.

Lead the efforts across documentation of production planning activities.

Conduct online trouble shooting activities and Troubleshooting for processes/ production/ product related problems through regular investigation and analysis.

Industry Exposure & Achievements:

Responsible for efficient handling of operations of  - DCS operated plant  which includes  Distillation column USG cutters Multistage Glycol jet ejector Steam Jet Ejectors Ethylene glycol Recovery unit, Condensers, Conveying systems, Various type of Pumps  Heat Exchangers  Plate, Shell & Tube.

Experience of handling two 300 TPD each Semi dull Polyester Chips, POY & Staple Fiber by Continuous Esterification and Poly Condensation process based on the technology by Du - Pont America from PTA and MEG as the raw material.

Exposure to Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor CSTR and Plug Flow Reactor (PFR) supplied by jacketed heating by Dowtherm vapors & Santotherm Liquid.

Exposure of handling Preparation of Catalyst Antimony Trioxide Batch. Additives such as TiO2 Titanium Dioxide Batch., with milling, Magnesium Acetate Batch, Trimethyl Phosphate Batch.
