Job Profile:

Manufacturing and correction of existing and new mould. 

Coordinating with project department & customer for component development by CAD model study & subsequent change.

New mould trial  & implementing correction & mold modification as per customer requirement.

Continual follow up of mould and arranging trial as per plan from vendors.

Involved in mold manufacturing from raw material stage to final approval of component as per desired from customer.



Maintenance Operations:

Preventive maintenance & break down maintenance of Moulds with Core sequence, 

Hot Runner Moulds, Two plates &three plate moulds, Insert Moulding, etc. 

Preparing & executing plan of preventive maintenance of different moulds according  to the tool requirement & previous mould history.

Updating new problems of the tool in preventive maintenance to avoid repetition of the problem. Arranging & maintain required spares for maintenance.
