Taking Corrective action and Preventive action to minimize Nonconformities & Customer Complaint.?Knowledge about production Improvement Tools.(7 QC tools)

Responsible for production and process activities viz planning as per load condition, targe?Product assurance with optimum Quality. Process parameter controlling. Preventive and Predictive maintenance on routine basis in co-operation with many Departments.?Implementation and maintaining 5?s in the shop.?Production planning as per requirement.

Mould change as per production programmed.?Customer complaint solving.?Mould setting, process parameter setting.?Process troubleshooting.?Daily lumps and rejection monitoring,?mould maintains monitoring.

Man power Handling. Implementation of KAIZEN, 5S, 5W System. Online training to process technician.?To monitor process performance, efficiency, wastage data analysis.?New mould trial and communication with customer for approval.
