Vast exposure to small to mid-range of molding machines ranging from 80T to 1300Tonnes.

Well exposed to properties of engineering plastic such as PP, ABS, NYLON, PMMA, PC, PBT, and BMC etc.

Problems associated like such as shrinkage, silver streaks, bubble, short molding, flashing, weld line, crack, burn make, jetting etc.

Excellent knowledge of Plastic Vibration Welding Process and their function.

Line balancing in all Assembly station.

Good knowledge of Brass Hot Insertion Process / Hot Plate Welding / Fixtures etc.  

Ability to develop and implement comprehensive goals, strategies, and action plan.

Sound knowledge of injection molding repair and preventive mainten
