Job Profile:

Development & testing of engineering plastics compounds to suit customer applications based on polymer like PP, PBT, PA, & PC etc.

Standardization of process condition for various engineering polymer compounds & master batches.

Operation of lab twin screw extruders.

Operation & maintenance of injection molding machine (L/T-Demag100T), 

Operation of most of the equipments used for engineering plastic compounds & master batches.

Testing of raw materials, finished polymer compounds & master batches as required.

Maintaining stocks of raw materials & finished polymer compounds and other                                                  related data in computer.
