? Doing tests of Raw Material which meets ASTM Standard includes Testing of Bulk Density of PVC, 

melting point of PVC Resin using Melting point Apparatus, observing Black Particles counts by using 

Retch Vibrator, moisture content & bursting strength of Corrugated Box, checking of incoming PE 

Film thickness, width and visual inspection of it to meet Quality Standard.

? Doing test of Calendered PVC Film, which includes Visual Inspection in that checked defect like Film 

Shade ,Black Particles Count, Air Trapping , Holes, Fish Eyes , Hard Particles & Ungelled Particles etc. 

Other Physical Tests include Checking Film Dimensional stability, Gloss by using Gloss Meter, Tensile 

Strength Using UTM Machine, Tensile-impact Strength by using Zwick Tester, LTR of Dark PVC Film 

by using UV-Visible Spectrophotometer , Identification of PVC film by Using FTIR instrument . ? Give suggested Remedies to problem comes during film processing problem like suggestion about 

maintain processing temperature parameter according to material, maintain Stretching ratio and give 

suggested troubleshooting at time of processing.
