of logistics in India. We were required to cover firms in and near Mumbai across the four verticals (FMCG,

Retail, Consumer Durables and auto Ancillaries), which can further be categorized into MNC?s, SME?S & domestic best.

2. Onsite Dissertation Project: Marico Ltd. - Dehradun & Delhi

Project Title: ?Performance Measurement of Supply Chain: Financial Analysis?.

Description: In the project financial impact of supply chain decision, on a company, will be evaluated to

determine the supply chain area that affords the largest impact and then the area is redesigned for profit

improvement. The analysis also includes study of supply chain time (order cycle /order to cash cycle) and supply

chain reliability (order completion rate and on-time delivery) and their financial implication.
