Company Profile: Manufacturing of Plastic Laminated tubes in with the state of art facilities 

Job Profile:

Review customer specification and share with production team about customer requirement, validating corrective action taken against customer complaint    

Identify in-process & final stages defects at right time & analyze root causes & ensure corrective action is carried out in coordination with Production Engineering & design, Support strategic materials dept. 

For selection & Assessment of vendors to achieve right quality, on job training to Vendors in line with company standards, carry out regular in process Inspection. 

Complete testing to the satisfaction of the customer, ensure right quality of in- coming material.

Maintain the measuring instruments & their calibration , develop & manage quality systems & All QMS document, Help production in training & skill development of workers, Ensure work is done strictly adhering to SOPs to maintain desired quality standards. 

Maintain housekeeping (5S) & safety norms, provide on job training to workers, Ensure equipments, fixtures machinery, and tools etc. Are ready to use condition, monitor scrap & work for its reduction, maintain discipline on shop floor. 

Presenting monthly quality report with customer complaint data COPQ. Internal & External rejection PPM for monthly India quality review and business review.

Work with NPD team for new product development.

Attending customer complaint.
