Job Profile:

Understand customer requirement and translate them into new products.

Participate in process reviews. Project time planning as per customer requirements, monitoring and achievement of same.

R&D work for properties modification, Cost saving and Quality improvement.

Physical inspection of Raw material, Sub raw material, and Finished product.

All testing of Raw material, Sub raw material, Intermediate product, Semi finished and Finished product according to ASTM method.

Compounding with Polymer, different types of filler and Additives according to material properties.

Specimen Preparation and all testing (Mechanical, Physical, Thermal, Morphological Properties) required to product and customers.

Field inspection of Raw Materials and Sub Raw Materials and finished product and maintain all working records.

Grade Development according to Customer?s requirement and company standard.

Preparation of analysis report for the incoming materials and test certificate for the final products.

Investigation of customer complaints and suggesting corrective action.

Establish, maintain, support, and improve relationship with all teams to supporting project and customer.

ISO documentation and daily activity report maintaining for our superiors.
