Job Profile: 

Maintaining and controlling the online parameters of web from unwinder to rewinder.

Expert in controlling the online tensions of unwinder and rewinder.

Responsible for the required corona treatment during production.

Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the nip rollers, cast rollers and other free rollers and Die as to avoid lining marks and other impression on the finished product.

Maintaining the shift wise production and total production record of different jobs.

To manage all my operators, assigning their work individually by keeping in mind their capabilities and area of expertise

Being the first engineer to be trained by Chinese.

Professional Training Experience:

One month internship at Dawlance Pvt Ltd., Karachi.

Helped me to grip my concepts practically on different type of molds and their ejection system.

Thoroughly studied about all types of molds like, two plate mold, three late mold, mold for threaded components and all typical ejection system.
