Maintain Daily Production Reports.

Effective handling of manpower, m/c?s and materials.

Immediate action to eradicate any processing problem.

Technically co ordinate with different department.

Presentations of wastage at the time of mold change or colour change.

Colour matching of products with their different parts of product.

Following to achieve the 5?s rules. 

Following to achieve ISO series, sqc & kaizen system.
