Job Profile:

Man power management and work allotment as per work nature and their efficiency. 

Knowledge in KAIZEN,5S System, ERP

Process Stability and Trouble shooting of machine.                                                                                 

Production Planning and Controlling.

Minimization of Scrap generation. 

Productivity analysis and improvement.     

Ensuring all the Quality standards as per certification and Customers needs.

Prevention of plant and field defects.

Ensuring proper allocation of Raw material, semi finished and finished products as per their designated places.

Maintaining the ISO standards and their documentation. 

Preventive maintenance as per scheduling of machines.

Breakdown maintenance whenever required.

Machine and Products handled:

Production of HIPS, ABS Co-Extruded sheets thickness 1.0mm to 4.00mm for refrigerator Inner and Door liners for customers like LG, Godrej, Electrolux, Samsung and for export to Colombo, Sharjah.

With machines from Battenfeld (U.K.), Meaf (Holland), Dr. Collins (Germany)  Other machine are YONG MING Machine from CHINA and FKI. 

Also responsible for Plug assist Vacuum Thermoforming machine for Refrigerator Door liners for LG Electronics.

Ltr double station. Handling LDPE, HDPE, PP materials  on various types of  container  with various weights in Injection molding machine and Blow molding machine.
