Company Profile: Manufacturer of molded automotive components.

Job Profile: 

Carefully concentrating assembly drawing.

Understanding the molding element and its application.

What kind of major consideration to be taken. 

Hot runner operation also followed sequentially for all molds.

Aim to reflect molding elements with its sliding and fitting dimensions and tolerance.

Polishing of cavity surface is being made followed a series of steps.

Precisely controlling their fitting dimensions I preferred to mould assembly to be taken.

Initially main mold halves (core cavity) bedding made to obtain a true parting surface.

Identifying molding elements like slider & its accessories, lifter & its. accessories, ejector pad, standard mould bases & its standard parts.

Involve in manufacturing problems of designed component in house & vendor end.

To see all types of moulds spare like limit switch, thermocouple & heaters etc.                                                                                                    

To see the breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance.
