Job Profile:

Production Planning and trouble shooting of Injection Molding Process.

Generating monthly Production plan as per customer work orders basis.

Generating Various Reports on Daily, Monthly and Annual basis in the Baan System.

Generating Various Excel reports on Daily, Monthly and Annual basis.

Prepare, Execute the Weekly, Monthly manpower, raw material & Packaging material schedule as per requirement.

Preparing and submitting Detailed Report, MIS & other reports to the Superior/Management.

Raw Material Planning based on the Production target.

To set standard parameter for product according to quality standard.

Overseeing and control of Plant efficiency, Productivity.

Ensuring consistent quality of products throughout the production process.

Make Preventive maintenance schedule for Maintenance & Mould Department.



Machine Handling Experience:      

Husky Hypet, Husky SX 600 PT, Husky XL 300 PT, Mir 280, Nanrong-150, Negri Bossi-130.



Material Handling Experience:        

PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, EVA.
