Maintain the level of AA in PET performs. ISO9001-2008(GC Machine-Perkin Elmer- Clarus-400).

Ensuring the proper intrinsic viscosity of PET raw material. (IV Tester-Davenport)

Ensure the minimum moisture level in PET raw material. (Moisture Analyzer-Metro HM)

Ensure the proper  wall thickness for PET bottles.(Wall Thickness Tester, Magnamike 8500).

Visual inspection of PET performs by micrometer and vernier caliper.
