Job Responsibilities: 

PPC Dept:

Prepare the production with the help of sales forecast.

Plan for Core & Packing material requirement 

Plan for Raw material requirement. 

Plan for dispatch schedules.

Give the daily production plan to production department.  

Slitting Dept:  

Daily plan for slitting dept. 

Daily check the cores & boxes as per the order.

Daily check the meter setting & Die setting for accurate meter.

Continues monitor the control the N.C.R. & also the control the Cores rejection.

Training given to all operators for awareness for export order.  

Maintain delivery scheduled export & domestic orders.  

Packing Dept.:   

Maintain the G.M.P. In export packing division.

Develop the export packing system. 

Develop the Duplex cartons as per the customer requirement.

Develop the packing material. (i.e. Cores & boxes )

Develop the Pallet packing system. 

Design the pallet as per the customer requirement. 

Plan for export container stuffing.

On line control the rejection by continuous  monitoring in packing dept

Support the export packing machine development

Build & implement self audit checklist for clean & clear concept

Support to design and implement up graduation in plant

To maintain layout in plant.
