Maintain document through SAP system to ensure traceability & zero complaints from customer.

Ensuring that the product manufactured as per standard & specification provided by the customer.

Man Power Planning and Recruitment of man power for the shop (Production).

Monitoring of Production, Production Efficiency, Utilization and Rejection PPM.

Maintain & Ensure Process & Quality parameter of the product.

Ensuring that the production process are planned & executed as per the order & dispatch plan.

Identify areas of improvement and accordingly training the staff to improve quality standards.

In process testing and analyze to reduce defect product control of raw material consumption.

Reduce rejection and scrap level .

Achieve daily and monthly production plan.
