Job Description:

Day-to-day running of the production unit 

Allocate machine, materials, manpower and arrange required production 

Maintain process control & product quality as per specifications 

Monitor & maintain production records, ISO records, quality reports, plant efficiency, production recoveries and materials reconciliation for periodic reporting 

Carry out preventive as well as routine maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns 

Evaluate, guide & train staff, 5S, safety, TPM training 

Maintain the stocks of required spares & ancillaries 

Take necessary corrective & preventive action in case of quality complaints.
