Job Responsibilities:

Meet QA section objective agreed with senior Engineer QA at the Year Beginning and Subsequent revision 

Implement improvement programs in tubing section specific activity senior Engineer QA.  

Analysis of Customer Complaints & feedback.

Provide assurance for Incoming Products and Final Products.

Ensure quality of raw material.

Entries in QM module in SAP shift wise.

Maintain HMP AND GMP

Reviews incoming material, in-process production and finished goods to ensure customer specifications and quality requirements are met.

Works with other functions across the organization and with suppliers to troubleshoot root causes in order to reduce non-conformances, rework, scrap, and to eliminate waste



Training work Profile: 

Make the Inspection reports of Plastic Components  of Injection Molding Machine and Compression Molding Machine. (TRAIL and FINAL reports)  as per component drawing

Have good knowledge of latest measuring instrument such as coordinate measuring machine (CMM), Profile projector, Height Guage, Dial Guage, etc

I have good knowledge of Injection Molding, Compression Molding, and of Thermoplastics and Thermoset Materials
