Production and formulation experience of PVC compounding for multi grades as per requirements.

Production and formulation experience of filler CaCo3 and BaSo4 compounding as per customer requirement.

Production and formulation experience of CPVC compounding as per requirements of properties.

Research working for modification in Polymer products and manufacturing under minimum budgets.

Job Profile:

Operation of Automation and Compounding Mixer Plant.

Daily stock material of Master pigment, resin, PVC compound.

Maintain the Quality of PVC & CPVC compound.

Prepare the quantity of material required for compounding (Resin, Caco3, Tio2, Carbon, color pigment, one pack, additives and wax.)

Set the parameter and recipe of compound mixer as per requirement.

Rectified the problem.
