JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Production, Quality.

Deal With Man Power and satisfied them for their works.

Monitoring the operator and their works 

Managing all Data sheet(break down time, Material reconciliation, Process Parameter)

Calculating Production Rate and Machine Efficiency.

Preparing Daily Production Report.

Checking product (Color Matching, Ash content Testing and Melt Flow Index Testing, Granular Size Contamination etc.)

Improvement in recipe as per requirement of tensile and hardness.

To insure customers satisfaction on Quality issue.

To take counter major and preventive action on high Rejection.

To insure online and batch Quality

Implementation of 5S in company

Involvement in Polymers Additives Batch preparation Pigments etc.

Coordination and communication among internal departments.
