Job Profile:

To carry out Manufacturing Operations in process control of Composite Filament Wounded LPG Cylinders. Binders  mass preparation and Maintaining the quality of production. Maintenance of all machines, designing Of fixtures suitable for fast production, Maintenance of useful Molds for LPG cylinder production, Manpower handling, Effective production planning For less use of cost centre, Stock Calculation & creating Safety & Housekeeping awareness on shop floor. I also have a knowledge of QC Parameters & checking of LPG Cylinders during online production according To Quality rules for different countries and expectations of customers.

Filling of different area and equipment log books.

To implement the QMS and maintain it on Shop Floor..

Monitoring and Review of Activities performed by Operators and Workers And also conducting their training.
