I Was Working There In Testing Laboratory. I Have To Carry Out The Different tests Like Escr Test, Tensile And Impact Test, Pinhole Detector, And Mfi Test On Products. My Work Is Only Concern With The Testing Of Products. I Have Gained Tremendous Knowledge About The Various Types Of Film. 

I Learnt The Proper Selection Of Standard Testing Method



2005:  Rajoo Engineers Limited, Shapar (india)

In Rajoo Engineers Limited I Was Working As Service Engineer. I Have Worked On Several Projects Of This Company. The Company Is Manufacturing A Multi Layer Blown Film Extrusion Machine -Two Layers To Seven Layers.

I Started Work At 9:00 Am And I Have To Carry Out Testing Of Each Machine After They Have Been Manufactured. At 6:00 Pm I Would Take Note Of Equipments, Processing Parameters And Materials Used During The Processing. And Then After I Would Submitting My Daily Report To The Service Manger. 

I Learnt About How The Different Materials Affect The Processing Parameters And How To Control The Variation Of Thickness On Each Layer Of Film And How To Get The Precise Value As Well As Best Surface Finish Of Film.
