Job Profile: 

Responsible for Mould Design (3D, 2D Drafting) Approval from Customer.

Making the Design data (3D Model & 2D) for different Parts and freezing the design.

Study drawings of customer and making different design proposal.

Conversion of 3D Model in drafting (2D to 3D 0r 3D to 2D.) 

As per ECN (Engineering Change Note) Changing the drawing and Implementation of the ECN.

Manage manufacturing and Tool Room team members providing technical Solutions to produce valuable product in first trial and also help Tool Room Team in other improvement activities.

Daily tool development reviewing to meet targets.

Improve working methodology using 5S techniques.

Check & verify all the input from customer for there product development.

Also check & verify all the 2D drawing before start manufacturing.

To ensure quality level are maintain as per customer specification.

To review & monitoring improvement activities.

Attend customer complaint & take countermeasure for same.
