Ensuring high standards of process control, production, quality, capacity utilization.

Production planning and control, motivating subordinate team to achieve daily targets.

Allocation of manpower with respect to production.

Training shop floor supervisors, line inspectors and newly joining employees.

Analysis of process problems and troubleshooting injection molding .

Preparing daily production reports.
