RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Producing PVC Compounds for various grades such as RAL 1014, 5017, 6003, 6005, 6029, 6033, 9005 etc as per customer requirements and also customer required special colours.

Producing of Synthetic Monofilament yarn from PET, PP, Nylon 6, Nylon 66 by the use of Distributed Control System (DCS).

Producing House hold products from PP, HDPE, LDPE.

Production planning as per customers requirements and achieving the target.

Ensuring PVC & Synthetic monofilament yarn product quality by conducting routine tests like Tensile strength, %Elongation, Specific Gravity, Bulk density, Chemical Immersion test, Water Absorption test, % Moisture content,% Ash content, Density, MFI, MFR, IV, RV, etc.,

Vendor development & arranging of additives like CaCO3, DOP, COP, DBLP, DBLS, St.acid, PE Wax, CPE, Various colour pigments & PET, PP, Nylon 6, Nylon 66, PVC resin, HDPE, LDPE raw materials depends upon stock status.

Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of machineries like single screw Extruder, Double screw Exturder, Semi Automatic Injection moulding machine, Automatic Injection moulding machine, Scrap cutting machine, Bristle machine, Cooling tower, Utility equipments etc.,  

Maintain the documentation for Daily Production and Consumption report, Raw material & Finished Goods stock report, Inspection report, Shift Log Book, Purchase Requisition note etc.,
