To Collect Design Input Requirements From Marketing And Resolve Any Conflicting Requirement.

With Reference To Market Requirement Decide The Specification Of Machine,

Responsible To Plan And Control All Design Activities.

To Prepare Time Bound Design And Development Plan To Ensure Completion Of The Design Activity Or Project By The Required Dead Line.

As Per Specification Design And Drawing The Assembly And Detailed Drawing Of Machine Components. 

To Guide The Team Of Draughtsman During Drawing Of Designed Components.

To Select Proper Tolerances And Geometrical Requirement For The Designed Component According To Its Assembly And Application.

To Prepare Bill Of Material Of Complete Machine. 

To Guide Production People During Manufacturing And Assembling The Prototype And Small Batch And Resolve The Problems Facing During Assembly.

To Verify That The Test Reports Of The Prototype Meet The Design Input Requirements Or Not. Give Design Change If Required. 

To Conduct Design Review Meeting.

To Co-ordinate With Every Department.
