Production planning according to customer requirement.

Ensuring standard operating parameter and part quality.

Review the material plan on daily basis.

Review the supply status on Every Shift Basis. .

Preparing production commitment based on the daily marketing schedule.

Review the capacity Status on shift basis.

Review the Projected production Vs Actual on Weekly basis.

Review the material reconciliation report on daily basis.

Review the customer satisfaction report from PM.

Raw material planning based on the shift and daily production schedule.

Responsible for Machine Capacity analysis and action plan.

Managing procedures to facilitate smooth production process & enhance Productivity.

Effective utilization of Man Machine and material.

Machine wise planning.

Involving in Kaizen activities to improve productivity.
