Job Profie: 

Continuous support to the manufacturing department as and when required For raw material substitution and quality control also maintain liaison with Purchase department for vendor evolution.

Ensuring and update all the documents and records as per ISO  9001/14001 & OSHS18001 requirements

Vendor Visits

Calibrate and maintain testing apparatus / equipments as per defined Procedures as well as maintain records and ensure optimum availability / all Equipments in working conditions /

Analyse non conformed Material and suggest / monitor corrective Preventive action

Data analysis of incoming materials and fix the parameter limits of materials.

Ensure 5s in lab

Analysis of competitor products
