Job Profile:

I have handled the responsibility for maintenance of machineries & utility such as hexane,  power, water & steam and machine component like as z-elevator, chain conveyor, redler, belt conveyor, ALRV, Agitator, mixer, grader, packing m/c.etc.

I am seeking the maintenance  of gear box, centrifugal & reciprocating pump, condenser, different type of steam valve, cooling tower, heat exchanger, pneumatic & hydraulic m/c ,maintenance of water &  steam pipe line , maintaining of all steam related equipment  like trap assembly, PPPU.PUMP, NRV, PRV etc.

Am Responsible For Production & Maintenance Of extruder and expander m/c, Grader Machine, Economizer, Flakers and Cracker, Seed Cleaner machine, Gravity Separator machine, Silo sweapaugur, Cooker and D.T.D.C.

Good command over the production of edible, hi-pro, normal soya doc meal.

Preparing daily basis production planning schedule  & production planning implementing in the section 

In the plant producing  edible quality doc meal with 1.80-1.90 UA, C/F 3.15-3.25, proteen-51.50-52.25%, NSI-58-60,PDI-80/90%,

Producing hipro quality doc meal  with C/F -3.80, proten 48.5-50%.
