Job Profile:

Working in  in process quality control , incoming quality control 

Inspection of incoming parts. 

Preparation & maintaining of daily inspection data record.

First part approval of injection molded part & give approved sample for production

Handling Q.A manpower ( inspector's  And others below the level ) in shift.

Maintaining SPC  as per plan.

Maintaining daily inspection reports as per control plan.

Counter checking of hourly production report.

Daily process parameter verification with control plan.

Inspection of assembly / sub. Assembly / printing Quality.

Inform to production department for any Non- conformity.

Give training to operator?s for better Quality & according to customer requirement

Maintaining daily rejection report & PPM.

Calculating monthly PPM DATA.

Maintaining monthly report?s for management review.

Testing:

Density test, Melt flow index, Ash content, Tensile test, VST & HDT test, Opacity test, Gloss test, filler content, Melting point test   

Testing of Upvc pipe, plumbing pipe ,SWR pipe

Impect test, Reversion test, Hydroulic test, Density test,

Axial shrinkage test, Water tightness of joint, Gloss test,

Using Insturment:

Vernier calipers, height gauge, micrometer. Slip gauge, pin gauge, Dial gauge
