To attend the Bureau of Indian Standards inspections for license renewal to the  New product introduction at our manufacturing plant. 

Knowledge of BIS IS Standards of rigid PVC pipes IS - 4985:2000, IS 13592:1992 and IS 15778:2007. 

Documentation as per BIS Standards E.g. Daily Testing Reports, Daily           dimenational reports, to prepare final testing report for BIS and maintaining  daily QA MIS report  with their details causes, daily rejection report.

handling PVC pipe and CPVC pipe testing methods, E.g. Internal Hydro test, impact test, sulphated ash contents Test, VST Test, Density Test, Reversion Test, Opacity Test etc      

Attend customer complaints of third party

Handling manpower

Handling all the activities Regarding quality and production.  

Improve customer satisfaction

Knowledge of operating the injection moulding  machines like Electronica and Windsor

Working Knowledge In  License Test
