Job Profile:

Working as a team leader production (Involves the processes Mainly Extrusion blown film line and /Rotogravure printing /CI printing and slitting) 

Planning of raw material /consumables requirement and Ensure the in-time availability of the same.

To meet the Annual Production Target/wastage targets

Formation of Batch of extrusion 

Reduction of wastage and downtime of extrusion blown film line.

Planning of preventive maintenance of Extrusion blown film lines and implementation and to reduce the downtime.

Trouble shooting of processing of LDPE/LLDPE/MLLDPE extrusion blown film line

Involved in Research & Development. 

100% biodegradable corn based milk packing film.

Reduction of film leakages on FFS machines (worked with Exxon Mobil/Dow chemicals)

Developed LDPE shrink film for PET bottle line.   

Efficiently handling Food Safety Management System (FSMS-ISO 22000:2004), Environment Management System (EMS-ISO 14001:2005), & Quality Management System (QMS-ISO 9001:2008)] certification audit of the Production Department.

Co-ordination with outside suppliers for Job work, material reconcialltion, to ensure the Quality of the supplied material as per the specification.

Involves the analysis of customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions for the same.
