Repairing all types of AC syncronous, asyncronous &  DC Motors 

Motor repaired upto 0.36 KW TO 185 KW of different fraem sizes.

DC Motors upto 100 KW TO 150 KW.

All motors investigation, repairing & testing is carried out by the guidlines 

Investigaion of motor: - Visual check of mechanical  damages, insulation test, winding resiststance  measuring test, motor feedback like tacho generator, resolver and encoders.

Repairing: - Assembly of servo motor with magnetic brake & motor feedback instruments.

Testing: - Alignment of motor & stator winding with feedback systems using oscilloscpe, loading of motor with electrical load upto rated voltage & current.

Company Profile: Preparing all types of control logic panels like D.G AMF panel,  D.G syncronising panel using woodward  PLC logic controlle, air curcuit breaker logic control panel, power distribution panel, APFC panel, MCCB panel, auto changover control panel using Cummins controller.

Job Profile:

All switchgears mounted on panel as per diagram layout.

All control  & power wiring prepairing as per diagram.

After wiring recheck the wiring as per diagram.

Check the panel with power as per logic.

When mountiong & commisining panel at customer site, and upon successfully no load & on load trial handover the panel to customer.

For servicing purpose site visited regularly.
