Job Profile:

New mold trial layout

To study and understand the relevant standards to be used as reference in the quality control activities

Online Inspection.

To log details of the material/samples received.

Carrying out the required tests on incoming materials to assess the quality and suitability.

In case of failure of material/samples, discuss with QC Manager.

Monitor the work of Online inspectors and helpers

Monitoring the laboratory processes to ensure that processes are effective.

Generating required charts and reports to assess the quality of incoming materials as well as consistency of materials quality.

Ensure that all test equipment used in the processes of laboratory is calibrated and test equipment produce result within specified accuracy. calibration schedule shall be maintained and updated. 

Generating and maintaining all relevant reports.

Final inspection for all outgoing products.

Root cause analysis, preventive, corrective action for customer complaints

Prepare and participate ISO, BSI KITE mark, DVGW/SKZ and other 3rd party inspections.
