Job Profile:

Responsible for developing and implementing production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.

Perform investigation and resolve work-in-process problems.

Responsible for supervising and managing plant, equipment and process improvement projects.

Coordinate with Plant Process Engineers and hourly technical personnel to optimize manufacturing processes. 

Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities.

Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department.
