Professional Skills & Responsbilities

Production

Operation of Extrusion Based machine like single screw extruder, twin screw extruder, kneader based extruder. Names are Steer Omega 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, coperion 60mm. Berstorrf 60 mm etc.

Operating of Injection molding machine, blown film extruder, compression molding also operating with hand based injection molding machine for sample make.

Keep proper attention on every work which is related to the Production Shop floor like Physical of raw material. Manpower handling in shift total document work like DPRN, PHN, SOP, YIELd report According to ISO.

         

Quality

Conduct the Quality control of raw material and finished material from online Testing Process.

Handle every machine of Testing related like 'universal testing machine', Impact strength, Flexural strength,  Ash content (filler), ESCR, MFI, IV, FPV, Vapour Presser tester etc.

Formulation setup of raw material with additives color delta matching with the use of Spectrophotometer using two roll mill mcchine for color development.   

Responsible for Production planning, maintaining and supporting Overall  

Infrastructure.
