Job Profile:

Performs color matching of masterbatch and dry color based on required specifications of customer?s development projects. This includes selection of the type of pigment to use.

Corrects non-conformance products.

Performs incoming quality inspection of newly delivered pigments prior to production use.

Evaluates and qualifies pigment samples from suppliers as raw materials.

Prepares reports for the evaluation and analysis of pigments.

Controls all documents of raw materials (Material Safety data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis).

Prepares MSDS, TDS, Food Grade Certificate and other certificates of all colorant products



Quality Control Analyst : January 2009 to May 2010

Job Profile:

Performs outgoing quality inspection of masterbatch and dry colorant products to ensure they meet required specifications before delivery to customers.

Controls Product Evaluation Record and prepares weekly summary report.

Initiates and coordinates Corrective Action Report of non-conforming products to concerned department.

Initiates Corrective Action and Preventive Action Report of customer?s rejected items by identifying root cause of the problem and implementing the necessary corrective and preventive action.

Ensures that all non-conforming items are properly segregated from conforming ones through issuance of proper label or tag.

Organizes manpower allocation.
