Job Profile: 

To carry out Pre Inspection, In process / Stage Inspection & Final Inspection.

Third Party Inspection/ Vendor Inspection.

Responsible for smooth functioning of paint robots & Paint booth conveyor system

Responsible for Machines, Maintenance, Modification, Improvements and Production.

Responsible Preventive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance 

Manage the crew on machines, Monitoring Production operation and maintenance.

Maintains spare parts, planning maintenance schedule.

Responsible to fast attend all Breakdown and running issues and maintenance work.

Handling Injection Moulding machines of capacity upto 300 ton for their maintenance and smooth functioning and operation.

Expertise in operation and maintenance of hydraulic parts mould assemblies.

Responsible for maintenance and operation of Air Compressors, U.V. paint drying line, painting line and punching machines. 

Tool,  jig and fixture manufacturing and development and new Product development.

Responsible for Machine installation and commissioning.

Responsible for Testing of Helmets for the following test:

Rigidity test

Impact Resistance test

Resistance to Penetration Test

Dynamic Test of Retention System

Audibility Test

Test for Flexibility of peak 

Preparation of Factory Test Reports of Protective Helmets and Visors for motorcycle riders.

Involve in IS 4151:1993 certification, audit, documentation and record keeping for Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)
