Job profile- 

Considering the order quantity and delivery time, we plan how much loom to run, how much tape to be made and also take care of how much raw material is required for this.



Looking at the price of the product and its quality parameters,i decide how much maximum filler and reprocess can be mixed in it.



Also take care of how many men power are needed in which department.



I keep taking trials of different grades of company's raw material, filler or other additive which helps in cost reduction.



Special care is taken if the product is of export or Indian standard (ISI mark).



Whatever accessories or spares parts are needed to run the factory/processing machines, they keep on pre-planning so that the breakdown is reduced.



Here, I am responsible to run factory smoothly.
