Company  has different types of Injection Molding Machines ranging from 180 tonnes to 1300 tonnes, of sumitomo, Windsor (SP Series & Sprint Series, 450 to 850T), Toshiba (1300), The company has its separate PC luggage section having 3 barrel sheet extruder followed by 4 Vacuum forming machine of wonder pack, Illigue and Machinecraft make. Also have a double station forming machine.

Job Profile:  

The present job involves  monitoring the production (both in terms of quality and quantity) which involves following activities:

Resource and manpower planning.

To ensure the best quality production from each machine (Moulding and Forming)

Trouble Shooting.

Maintain system & Norms as per ISO 9001:14000.

Maintain quality.

Mold maintenance activities planning.

Corrective and preventive action.

Raw material planning.

Mould machine combination for power saving and best NEU.

Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring the overall process to ensure timely achievement of production targets within time parameters.

Implementation of  1s & 2s

Achieving Quality objectives

Preparing MIS.

Components & New Product validation as per specification etc.

Managing extrusion line.

SAP Posting and managing variance in SAP vs actual.



Knowledge about SAP

M/c commissioning and installation 

Handled different types of Injection Molding Machines ranging from 180tonnes to 1750tonnes, of Sumitomo, Windsor (SP Series & Sprint Series, 450 to 850T), Toshiba (1300), Hiatian (530T to 800T), Woojin Selex (700 to 1100T) and Kuasy make.
