Description: Which is involves Fully Hot Runner System, IMC System and long cores, the components are checked on Component CMM for getting of dimensions which was used for beauty facial products tubes and the customer is Aptar India Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Involvement of at every stage of operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process and providing a route card method.

Updating of drawings will be done during manufacturing.

Providing the checking of jobs at every stage of operation i.e. online inspection.

Interacting with Vendor, QC divisions for gathering various technical information.



Project Name: Big Nose Cap component, 96 cavities.

Software Pro/E-Wildfire4.0 & Delcam For Manufacturing

Description: Which is involves Fully Hot Runner System This project is related to fair and lovely small tube cap. This project customer is from Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

Involvement of Drawing, sketch for given supervisor operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process and providing a route card method.

Description: This project is related to BRU tea powder bottle cap, in this project especially sprung core are used for easy ejection of component.

In which cavity and core inserts are machined in Robotic machines only.

Responsibilities:

Involvement of Drawing , sketch for given supervisor operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process, it means providing the Fixture where it suitable of operation.

Provide the training for Graduate engineers in production level.

Updating of drawings will be done during manufacturing.

Providing the checking of jobs at every stage of operation i.e. online inspection.

Project Name	: Kinder Joy Spoon component, 64 cavities.

Software Pro/E-Wildfire 4.0 & Delcam For Manufacturing Of Bottom And Top Cavity Inserts.

Description: This project is related to Kinder joy ice cream spoon, in this project especially sleeve inserts are used for easy ejection of component.

This project customer is from Ferraro company
